Sample Advisory Report
A LISR custody risk advisory report is a versioned, dated assessment of the specific devices and arrangements in a client's custody setup. This sample shows the structure, depth, and language of a real engagement.
Fictional: the client, the portfolio, the circumstances. No real
engagement is represented, and no client information appears.
Real: every LISR score, category breakdown, and risk flag. These are
the actual published Linkmerica ratings as of the report date. You can check them
against the Ledger score,
the Trezor score,
and the public integrity hash log.
What a report contains
- Executive summary written to the specific custody arrangement, not a template
- Per-device LISR assessment across six categories, with the reasoning behind each
- Named risk flags — the specific findings, not a risk rating in isolation
- Scope notes, including device-generation distinctions where they change the finding
- Recommendations tied to the assessed setup
- A versioned, dated record retainable as a custody policy document
What it is not
It is not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or hold any asset. Linkmerica does not provide custody services, does not hold keys, and never asks for seed phrases or private key material. Scores are locked at publication; a later rescore does not alter a report already issued.
