What Linkmerica Is
Linkmerica produces the Linkmerica Institutional Security Rating (LISR) — a deterministic, versioned custody risk framework for hardware wallets and, increasingly, the agentic payment infrastructure stack. LISR scores are used by registered investment advisors, crypto funds, family offices, and enterprises evaluating custody risk in self-custody and agent-controlled wallet infrastructure.
All research and scoring is produced under the Linkmerica Research Team byline. Linkmerica does not publish individual analyst names — assessments represent the institution's methodology and evidence standards, not any one person's judgment.
Founding
Linkmerica was founded on Presidents Day, February 2026. The founding date anchors the platform's versioned scoring record — the earliest entries in the public changelog date to the founding week. The automation layer that runs Linkmerica's research and monitoring operations is named Lincoln, after the founding principle: systems built to preserve financial freedom and to operate reliably regardless of any single individual's availability.
Independence Policy
Linkmerica accepts no payment from wallet manufacturers or protocol operators for ratings. Scores are locked at publication and cannot be retroactively altered. Referral links, where present on manufacturer pages, are disclosed and have no bearing on LISR scores — several rated products carry no referral relationship at all. Linkmerica never requests private keys, seed phrases, or wallet access from any party, at any time, for any reason.
What Linkmerica Never Does
- Provide custody services or hold digital assets on behalf of any party
- Provide financial, investment, or legal advice
- Accept payment from rated manufacturers or protocol operators in exchange for scores
- Request private keys, seed phrases, or direct wallet access
- Alter a published score retroactively — revisions are new dated versions
